Personal Reflections
"My years in education inspired me to embark on a journey in mindfulness and wellbeing. I am now on the path of facilitating mindfulness in both the workplace and within educational settings to support children, young people, and adults. I firmly believe that mindfulness is a powerful tool that can transform both educational and work environments, leading to happier, healthier, and more successful individuals and communities. I have experienced firsthand the challenges educators face in today’s fast-paced and demanding school environments. I aim to highlight the importance of supporting teachers' well-being and promoting mindfulness as a key component of professional development in education as a way for teachers to reduce stress, increase resilience, and improve their overall mental health."
